We all have been there before. And this is why we have founded our company. We don’t just merely train others but our goal is to inspire and for them to gain a sense of empowerment to make positive changes, applying what they learn in the class.It’s all about connecting dots: those connection points of intelligence, wisdom, desire and ability that are innate to people.It’s about having the intuition not only to know that they exist but also to know what to do with them to continuously cultivate innovation and initiative, whether it’s for their organization or for their self-improvement.


3E Training Methodology



We strongly believe that for anyone to be able to change their behavior or to develop a new skill, he/she needs to feel that they are empowered to do so. Our training delivery is design with human psychology elements in order for people to be inspired and have the willingness to adopt new ideas and make internal changes.



We do not use standard training material, as we believe each client is different. That is why we request our client to give us some time to prepare the material before the actual training to be conducted, so that research can be done. We insist that we get the chance to get to know the client business and challenges beforehand.We continuously update our material based on the current environment, the changes in social, technology, psychology and business in order for the participants to learn and apply relevant skill and knowledge to the current environment.We used active learning, action learning and accelerated learning in order for the participant to truly understand the method and most importantly to be able to apply to the work environment and industry.



We do not believe that learning has to be boring. To truly learn something, one has to enjoy the process. That is why people learn most on their hobby or things they love to do. Our training is designed for enjoyment and entertainment but not necessary for the sake of it, but to engage the participants and let them discover their true potential.
