Daryl is an accomplished, dynamic, and client-driven professional offer- ing 15 years of progressive experience in training, presentation skills, sales negotiation skills, career consultancy, product management, operation, management, marketing and personal development. He has held senior managerial positions in diverse industries namely high tech testing instruments, IT commercial and consumer products, management consultancy and online recruitment.

His prior experience in the all this sector provided a very rich experiences in people management and development. This vast experience and a passion to help people to develop and bring out their leadership skill is the driving force behind his drive to pursue excellence in any industry he is in, where learning and helping others learn is a life-long journey.

In his pursuit to explore the development of human potential, Daryl Wong is a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, Timeline TM Therapy Practitioner, Practitioner of the Language and Behaviour Profile, NLP Coach and Hypnotist Practitioner. He is also a Certified Professional Trainer from the International Professional Managers Association (IPMA), UK.

Daryl Wong holds a Master Degree in Business Administration (Marketing) from Nottingham Trent University, UK and a Double Major Degree in Electrical and Computing Engineering from Monash University, Australia.

Teoh Poh Yew

Teoh Poh Yew is a dynamic and creative Mathematics educator who firmly believes that everyone can learn and enjoy this “dreaded” subject. She taught Secondary school Mathematics for 11 years and now she is an international teachers’ trainer. With more than 20 years experience in this field, her passion lies in transforming Mathematics into a tool to develop creativity, enhance mathematical thinking and sharpen problem solving abilities.

She inspires students to approach this subject with confidence and enthusiasm.
Poh Yew conducts creativity workshops for corporate leaders, teachers, trainers, parents and students in 14 countries. She is the founder of “Creative Maths ” (an enrichment program) which is now available in Malaysia and Singapore. She has also authored 3 books on mathematical magic. She appears regularly on TV, radio, magazines and newspaper to share her experiences.

Michelle Tan

Michelle Tan is a firm believer of “We act the way we dress. Neglected and untidy clothes reflect a neglected and untidy mind”.

Graduating with honors , she joined one of the leading financial institutions as a junior executive and continued to work in the corporate world for the next 8 years. With her warm personality and limitless dedication, Michelle rose from the junior ranks to the management team in within just 5 years. During her years as a manager, she was entrusted to manage a group of executives, worked closely with external and internal customers, and met up with top management regularly.

Her exposure in dealing with various levels of people from the corporate sector has further confirmed her strong belief in the presentation of one’s image where appearance is equally as important as performing your duties effectively. With the right attire, it can have an effect on how people perceive you professionally. Her emphasize on her look had such an effect on the people around her that she was often sought by her colleagues and subordinates for advice on the proper types of clothes and her grooming skills.

Having worked in boutique PR consultancies as well as Multinational Companies, they have developed a good “nose” for stories and have helped convey to the public the success stories behind numerous local and international brands and organizations. With a good balance of inquisitiveness and intuition, they are well equipped to provide spokesperson training and interview coaching to enhance verbal and non-verbal communication skills for media interviews and external stakeholders’ presentations.

Both Cora and Ivy also provide consulting services for Workforce Diversity and Inclusion practices to help organizations plan and create an environment of equal opportunity for everyone within the organization. They are adept in the areas of Culture, Cross-Generational, Gender, People with Disability and Work-Life Balance. They are particularly passionate in conducting workshops to assist new mom to cope between fulfilling her maternal duties and excelling at work, personal branding workshops for women as well as providing sustainable work environment for the disabled.
