leadership-header

A recent JobStreet com survey on Employee Job Satsfaction in Malaysia revealed that 78% of respondents were unhappy with their current jobs. One of the top reason was the poor relationship with their immediate supervisor or boss. People don’t resign from a job or company. Often, people resign from people, and in this case, their managers. We expect leaders and managers to be able develop strategy, plan, manage the operation and solve problems, but we all know that require people beyond just the managers alone. People are the source of key resources, opportunities, information, and the like. No matter how brilliant the manager’s mind or strategy, if they’re playing a solo game, they’ll always lose out to a team.

Performance Management

In today’s competitive market, it is absolutely essential to systematically manage the performance of employees to make them as motivated and productive as possible. This workshop help leaders to understand what motivates their employees and aligning it with organization’s objectives and that is the essence of an effective performance management system.

Conflicts have a tendency to escalate when untreated, they can make the environment toxic and unproductive and eventually the conflict may come to control you rather you controlling it. This workshop facilitates understanding conflict, detecting signs of conflict escalation, responding to such signs with appropriate action and finally using effective techniques to resolve the conflict. It focuses on positive and productive aspects of conflicts and explains how we can benefit from situations which are often perceived as negative and destructive. Conflicts, if managed correctly, increase understanding and wisdom. The rich selection of scenarios and exercises in this workshop
will help participants to master these skills quickly and efficiently.
